Any footprint from 1×1 to 20×20 units and 2 to 20 height units, with dividing walls, label ledges, finger scoops and a stacking lip in three styles.
Plates of any size, cut to your drawer in millimetres if the grid does not fill it, with magnet and screw holes in the corners or under every cell.
Import the STL of a tool and the generator sinks its shape into a solid box, so every pair of pliers or bit holder sits in its own pocket.
Connector clips that join baseplates printed in pieces, with a tolerance you can tune to your printer.
Gridfinity is an open modular storage system by Zack Freedman. Bins sit on a baseplate in a grid of 42 mm units and 7 mm height steps, so every part fits every other and you print only what your drawer needs.
Yes. It runs entirely in your browser, needs no account and has no limits. The files you export are yours to print.
STL, 3MF and GLB. 3MF keeps the units and opens in PrusaSlicer, OrcaSlicer, Bambu Studio and Cura in the right size and orientation.
No. Every part comes out in print orientation, flat on the bed and without overhangs that would need support.
Yes. The grid unit goes from 12 to 70 mm, and boxes, baseplates, cutouts and clips always share the same unit so they fit together. Magnet holes default to 6.5 × 2.4 mm for the common 6 × 2 mm magnets and can be set to any size.
Copy link in the File menu puts the whole design into a link. Anyone who opens it gets the same box, ready to change or export.
